I am an oceanographer based at the Max Planck Institute for Meteorology in Hamburg, Germany.  I combine earth system science with machine learning to investigate the ocean carbon sink. During my PhD, I investigate the impact of pCO2 observations from sailboats on air-sea CO2 flux estimates.
